Enhanced Covid-19 Precautionary Measures

At VivoCity, your safety is our priority.
With effect from 22 April 2020 until further notice, all visitors to the mall will be required to undergo temperature screening and provide details for contact tracing purposes.

LIMITED ACCESS INTO VIVOCITY
Access to VivoCity will be limited to these entrances:

(1) Visitors travelling via MRT
Basement 2 Entrance (from HarbourFront MRT Station)

(2) Visitors travelling via Public Bus / Taxis / Private Hire
Level 1 Entrance (next to FairPrice Xtra)

(3) Visitors travelling via Private Cars / Motorcycles
Level 1 Carpark Entrance (from HarbourFront Walk)

(4) Visitors travelling via Sentosa Express (catering to Island residents & staff)
Level 3 Monorail Entrance*
*Entrance will be operational in accordance with Sentosa Express operation hours.



INDIVIDUAL CONTACT TRACING
Please be informed that it will now be mandatory for all individuals visiting the mall to submit their personal data for the purpose of contact tracing and other response measures required to mitigate risks arising due to Covid-19 that may threaten the health and well-being of our community. Our security personnel reserves the right to refuse entry to shoppers who do not comply with the heightened measures. The collected data can only be accessed by the relevant Government agencies when required.

To submit your personal details when you are visiting the mall, please follow the steps below:

COMPULSORY MASK-WEARING
Please be advised that it is mandatory to wear a mask before you enter and at all times when you are in the mall.

ESSENTIAL SERVICES REMAIN OPEN
Retail outlets that provide items and services necessary to support daily living needs remain open. These include selected F&B outlets (for takeaway orders only), hypermarket, pharmacies and other outlets offering essential services. TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE COUNTERS
Our Customer Service Counters on Basement 2 and Level 1 are temporarily closed, all related services and redemptions are suspended until further notice. For VivoRewards receipts submission, members may continue to do so via the VivoCity SG App.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF MULTI-STOREY CARPARK
Our Multi-storey carpark is temporarily closed until further notice. Shoppers who visit the mall may continue to access the Basement carpark via the entrance along HarbourFront Walk. Private hire and Taxi Drop-off point on Level 1 remains accessible.

REWARD$ Expiry Extension

In light of the Government’s circuit breaker measures against COVID-19, we understand that you may not have the opportunity to offset parking charges with your available REWARD$ as frequently as you would like to.

In view of the situation, we are pleased to inform that VivoCity is extending the expiry of your REWARD$ so you may have more time to utilise them, and not worry about them expiring during this #StayHome period.

All active REWARD$ in your account as of 10 April 2020 will enjoy a one-time extension of expiry date to 31 October 2020!

At the same time, from 10 April 2020 till further notice, all REWARD$ earned will have an automatic extended expiry of 6 months instead of the usual 3 months expiration. As the situation evolves, do keep a lookout for the latest updates on this page.


During this circuit-breaker period, VivoCity remains open with limited access to essential services and takeaway F&B choices, please refer to a listing of operating stores here. While we try our best to keep this list accurate, we seek your understanding that there may be unexpected changes due to prevailing conditions.This is our way of showing solidarity and appreciation for our loyal shoppers as the country stands united in the fight against COVID-19.
